TransAct Title started from humble beginnings. TransAct Title began with the idea that there needs to be a multi-faceted firm that provides a hassle–free closing process for residential and commercial real estate clients. With the management team’s legal acumen and finance specialization, the management team established a course to redefine the Houston Title Company experience.
Since its founding, TransAct Title has grown to an office of skilled professionals with diverse backgrounds in law, finance, construction, development, advisory and commercial real estate. All share one vision – provide exceptional and individualized personalized experience from the beginning to the end of every real estate transaction.
